is designed to have two functions:
1. To remove tarnish from the inside of the outer tubes.
2. To seal the brass (or nickel silver) to slow the return of tarnish
and to create a very slick, smooth surface on the inside of the outer
tubes. Properly applied, these products will greatly reduce the amount
of friction between the inner tubes and the outer tubes.
